He can only stay there longer than 7 days at a time or more than 21 days a year because he is an ‘employee’ – so it’s like ‘employee dorms’ which makes me laugh and again, he used scammy stuff to avoid following rules.

The property can no longer be used for residential purposes and Trump actually had to claim he was an employee just to be able to live there himself. Now he’s trying to implant the idea that the place is his house so that, under Florida law, it would be shielded from any seizure of his assets. Get ready to start hearing Trump refer to the place as his HOUSE ten times a day for the next year.
It’s not even a house… he has to charge membership to it just to be able to afford it. It’s a business where he has a few rooms of his own out back.
