I am so weary of every statement from either side… I know there’s not much Israel would have gained from doing something like this, especially now. But it’s so hard to exist in this chaos of information.
In truth, I don’t know if it makes it better or worse to the dead people, or those who lost people there, that they were either targeted by Israel or died as a result of an accident by a faulty rocket by Islamic Jihad. Either way it’s incredibly tragic.

Instead of pointing fingers and lifting tensions, he said it’s a signal that the conflict should be de-escalated.
Israel has shortcomings, but it is a RATIONAL agent. And if it does something, it is for the sake of medium and long-term benefits. What could Israel will get by missile/bomb attack on a hospital? Absolutely nothing.

Then the IDF posted a video claiming it was proof it was not them , then promptly deleted the video when users called them out on it being not accurate.
Plus they have been saying publicly to evacuate the hospitals which they were planning on bombing
He’s giving a beautiful balanced and empathetic speech for both sides and I encourage everyone to listen to his words.

I’d like to see an independent investigation before I draw any conclusions. I don’t doubt that both scenarios are possible – That Israel did it and is trying to push the blame on Hamas, or that Hamas did it and is trying to push the blame on Israel. But we need to see evidence before we jump to conclusions.
The democrats can’t afford to tell the truth because it will cost them donations. The US political system is corrupt, and we have dead Palestinians to show for it.
