He is right about one thing, ATACMS won’t change the reality on the front. Mostly because that reality is Ru is incapable of any effective offensive actions and Ukraine having more capabilities only exasperates the situation for Ru.
ATACMS destroying helicopters and ammo depots just as the M1s arrive in ukraine sounds like a pretty large additional threat
He’s coping and seething, all the while pretending to be a standard issue strongman.
