  30. What Putin is trying to say, I think, is that there is a window, somewhere, big enough for the US to fall out of. Said window happens to be in his possession, and the US should be scared.

  35. The fact that these things are 25 years old blows my mind…and it probably terrified Putin as well. How many other ‘old’ munitions can the U.S. just ship off? And gee, sure wish they’d go back to announcing arms shipments so we can kinda prepare.
