Inconstency betwen VDL website and the reply from this public servant. So misleading on citizenship application. I’ve read an old post here that an American managed through with Apostille. Your thoughts please?

1. Worst case, apply with the docs without the apostille and if they get back to you about it, I think that you have 3 months to get them and send them in. They are very accomodating at the citizenship department, so no need to get frustrated ahead of time.

2. I’m the first one to criticise the discrimination that is made with Letz language but writing to the authorities of a country you are about to request nationality from in a language that is not even one of the 3 languages of the country seems like you’re not interested in the country but only the passport.

3. Would you really not consider blanking out his name too? I see you’re concerned with your own privacy but he did not have a choice when you posted his name online, and if a complaint is needed, I’m sure there are other ways you could do one.
