Its the first parliament where junior staff (male as well as female) are being believed and taken seriously when they complain, not the first parliament with this kind of behaviour.,
I believe it’s the only profession without a HR department.
In what other job can you bully someone and get a 6 week suspension? Where’s the gross misconduct and sling your hook.
I read somewhere that we’re up to something like 60 MPs pulled up for sexual, criminal, behavioural indiscretions this parliament. Astounding.
There are no laws governing how MPs treat staff only ‘guidelines’. MPs balked at being held to the same laws as the rest of the land.
I’m not surprised about Bone. He got away with an allegation of fraud before..
