Greetings, my brother and I are planning a trip to Germany. I have a German army parka that I like to wear. Given that I know that Germany are not wave the flag type people I worry that this will give off the wrong vibe. Thoughts?

It’s still OK to wear this thing. I mean, not from a fashion point of view, but nobody will bat an eye.
People normally don’t give a Fuck about it. Maybe you get some irritated looks or some dumb comments from jerks if you wear “Bundeswehr” (German Military) clothings and don’t speak german but nothing to worry about.
And maybe interesting to know: “Bundeswehr” is often ridiculed by Germans due to the miserable condition of the gear (Helicopter which won’t work, old tanks, g36 which can’t shoot straight)
