So, I ordered a parcel from AliExpress and yesterday they tried to deliver it to the pick ip point and (somehow) it was unsuccessful. Or they just messed us because I know DHL is no InPost. But my question: What happens now? Will they send it back? Will they try again? Did anyone else have the same experience as me? Thank you!

Are you sure you did not order it to your home address? It says “Receiver wasn’t home”. Check the FAQ on the second screen, does it say if they’ll try again?
Call DHL and ask. They will probably try again to deliver, but it should be an option to redirect it from home address to locker or their pickup point, or else. On the website you’ll find phone numer or other ctc options. Don’t know which DHL branch it is.
