I went to a My proxy Delhaize, I bought food items that should have been discounted when scanning the super plus card.
I scanned the card as usual, I paid and then I noticed there were no discounts applied. I went back in the store, took a picture of the price of the pizza and then back to the cashier.
With my broken french, I explained her the issue. She was not agreeing with me because on the bottom of the receipt, it shows that the card was scanned.
Indeed, the card was scanned but the discounts were not applied. So I showed her the picture of the price tag, another employee intrevened and refunded me the difference. But didn’t do anything else.
Everyone who comes after me hoping to get the discounts for food products won’t actually get any discount.
They fixed it only for me, not for everyone else.
Where can I complain about this?

Have you seen the asterisk on the promo? It only applies if you have spent 100€ at delhaize on the past 30 days
Yeah, that’s Delhaize. Always trying to fuck you over. It’s the only store I know of where you actively have to check your ticket once you’re at the store exit.
I’ve noticed the same with Lidl a while back. I activated the promos, scanned my card but I did not receive the discounts.
