Would anyone care to share speculation as to what this means or could mean?
Another arm chair warrior who knows nothing, but (don’t start anything cause we’ll finish it)
Context:
>At the time of their commissionings, the ships of the Blue Ridge class had the distinction of carrying the world’s most sophisticated electronics suites, thirty percent larger than that of the aircraft carrier USS John F. Kennedy, which had been the most complex. They were fitted with a “main battery” of computers, communications gear, and other electronic facilities to fulfill their mission as command ships. An advanced communications system was also an integral part of the ships’ radical new design. Through an automated patch panel and computer controlled switching matrix her crew could use any combination of communication equipment desired.
Hmmmmmmmmmm, very interesting.
How many large Navy ships did we move into the region for this? I know of the 2 aircraft carriers, and this one, any others? Would be interesting to know the total.
How many boaties can the Mediterranean hold?
Aren’t there like 30 US warships there already?
That’s a massive flex or actual preparation for the biggest war scenario since WW2.
You know how a bigger antenna means better signal? This ships hull helps with the antenna. I bet it gets really low ping times!
The US is really is saying to the rest of the Middle East, fuck around and find out
How many big boats has the US moved to the mediterranean since this war started?
Is this something we should be worried about?
(Non-military and clueless hence use of term big boats).
