76k? Wtf? Just get a couple of the local schools to send out students to clean it up as some sort of “environmental awareness” bullshit and get them to do it, then send in the council after a few weeks to get the big stuff they couldn’t throw in a skip. Easy, probably less than 5k
Give every dirty white van man trash who does this a 10 year driving ban, no whining about “livelihoods”.
