On 4 January 1809 French educator Louis Braille was born. He is best known for being the inventor of a system of reading and writing for use by the blind or visually impaired.

    Coltat was a friend and student of Louis Braille.

  4. Only 10% of legal people can read braille or use it, like 5000 in USA. That makes you think when most signs etc are made with it, They are made for you with eye vision to make you feel good
