Well this seems a bit extreme. Especially when you’re working for a multinational company.
The barrier has become very thin, especially with teleworking Well-being at work is a win-win situation for both the employee and the employer, and someone who is well in the head will be more productive.
It’s already part of the labour laws in France, and rightfully so.
