Hmm… I’m doubtful.
That looks like it’s only just been launched. The motor burns out and the camera swings around to show smoke trails from another launch. It is probably video of a multiple rocket launcher.
whatever this is, it has a burning rocket motor, and is unlikely to have very long range.
It might be a HARM, or some air defense missile. I find it odd that there is no audio of the motor burning though.

What kind of missile launched from ukrainian held territory is still burning its rocket engine flying over rostov?
Might be a russian SAM heading to intercept something, hence why a russian missile would be flying in direction opposite to the front.
My money is on an s300/400

Looks like a solid rocket motor to me.. ..Which means we probably shouldn’t expect much.
