Sending a low value gift from UK to Poland. Filled in all customs form properly. Now it’s stuck in Poland. Every UPS person I contact tells me a different story and asks for different information and then more information once I provided said information.
Now I’m supposed to fill in this form [https://imgur.com/a/dyVkC4b](https://imgur.com/a/dyVkC4b) . When translated, many of fields don’t even make sense. Does anyone know what I should put in them?
I used UPS because I read that it’s the most reliable to send to Poland. Looks like that was a mistake. I’ve send others parcel before not using UPS and the experience was much more sane. Any better alternatives to UPS for future purposes?

looks like you sending this parcel to a company, or its wrong?
have you tried with DPD/DHL by any chance? I have found UPS kinda weird
