For context, they only way to go to Paphos district right now if from the mountains and passing the mountains take 30-50 minutes and the roads are mot a pleasant drive to say the least.
People used to go from the cost line but the Turkish base right next to Kato Pirgos cuts off the road and does not make it accessible.
So your best option to go to a nearby city is crossing to the north.
