Ingredients: frozen whipped cream (it’s just whipped cream but the surrounding ice cream freezes it), with the curly “spaghetti” vanilla ice cream on top, then strawberry sauce on top, then white chocolate crumbles. Basically every ice cream shop does it the same, give or take (some give you also some real strawberries on top, maybe not in October though). You can even buy it at some lower “supermarket quality” in most larger grocery stores.
