What does “can’t be deported” mean? Either these people are citizens in which case you have no right to move them anywhere (expect I guess, to prison if they commit crimes) or they are not in which case, why not deport them?

How to determine who exactly needs to be deported? It makes no sense to do this based on specialization, as well as based on level of education. Maybe due to general rationality? Knowledge about Academic Logic, Cognitive Distortions, Logical Errors, Defense Mechanisms?
It is always sp crazy to me how people talk about “illegal immigrants”. Every individual has the right to seek asylum, later they can be deported if they do not qualify for it. However, the act of entering itself is not a crime. Especially since I do not expect that anyone sneaked into Sweden through the snow.
