Belgium. In Poland it’s rather obvious, as we have our French Fries at US fast food joints, and we know of British fish and chips spots etc, but any place serving exclusively fries as the main thing, are those “Belgian fries” shops, so with just fries alone, this will be the association, not France, the US or UK.
