You need to have it registered because your drone has a camera and or microphone. Ofc if you already registered your drone in another EU country that abides by EU drone laws then you dont have to register again.
Download “drone radar” app, it is an “official” (only half so but wont explain it here) app that shows you where the restricted area’s are and what the restrictions are.
A lot of central Warsaw is drone free, you occasionally see maps posted, definitely around military and central government sites.

There is a drone radar app, you can check-in your flight there but it no longer is reporting to Pansa so it’s useless fornthat, since they’re making their own solution now. You have to do that through email which is ridiculous. Still, you can see the zones in the app. Same zones you can see at Pansa website with map of airspaces. Keep in mind airspaces can change every day i.e. when someone reserves it for some event.
