  1. Nicest thing about it is the wee patio/BBQ area out the back. Decent rooms ruined by hideous decor.

  2. ‘Knockdene Park isn’t in North Belfast!’ he yelled as he clicked the link, falling for their schemes. Bastards.

  3. Some pad. I’d swap with the current owner if they’d like

  4. 1 Million 😂 whoever buys that for 1 million is a fucking idiot. If it’s still on the market in one year it’ll be £500-600k

  5. Are Templeton Robinson the estate agents with the most aggressive/optimistic pricing approach?

  6. Is that a Terry Bradley print I see?

Of course it’s a Terry Bradley print I see.

  7. Knockdenes a lovely area and every house will be 1 million plus. Some things aren’t my taste but theres a fair bit of jealousy on this page.

  8. Even if I had the money I wouldn’t pay that.

There’s houses going for a fraction more with land and views you’d kill your granny for.

When I win the Euro lottery tonight I’ll be picking one of those.

  9. If you had 1.1 million to spend on a house, would you really want to live in Northern Ireland

  10. Lovely property, terrible decor. Why do these massive houses always have puny kitchens – I want heaps of storage space in my kitchen!

  11. Simply wouldn’t be forking that out to live in East Belfast.

If it was Malone Park or somewhere I can see how it’s justified.

  12. 1.1million to be stuck on the corner of 2 main roads. No thanks. Get a quare well kitted out gaff out in the sticks for that money

  13. It’s nice but it’s no where near 1.1m nice, no land and near main roads, if someone buys that, their not right in the head, you can get far far more property and land for that elsewhere.

  14. Marilyn Monroe of course known for being a member of the GAWA.

Imagine that’s the first thing you see going into the house. Hideous

  15. Fuck away off. 1.1 m haha. Fuck me Belfast is up it’s own hole. Shite layout of a house

  16. There isn’t any way that it’s worth the asking price, but I find it to be a lovely house. Going against the grain, I think the decoration is generally very nice. The owners have put in a lot of effort and seem house proud.

  17. Come down south, it would be twice that anywhere inside the M50 in Dublin.

  18. Always wonder whats going on with the sellers when I see a house like this. Are they down sizing? Divorce? Bankrupt?

  19. What or when was the tipping point that drove property up dramatically ?

  20. It’s a decent size, but not £1.1m size, and definitely not with that grey pebble-dashing.
