24. It’s nice but it’s no where near 1.1m nice, no land and near main roads, if someone buys that, their not right in the head, you can get far far more property and land for that elsewhere.

30. There isn’t any way that it’s worth the asking price, but I find it to be a lovely house. Going against the grain, I think the decoration is generally very nice. The owners have put in a lot of effort and seem house proud.
