  12. Honestly, the least surprising news I’ve read lately. It’s also one of the dumbest moves this supposed “lawyer” could make. She should’ve just bowed out and stayed silent. She gains absolutely nothing by doing this, at this point.

    After that statement, I’d prefer they go after her seeking the maximum sentence even if they lose than allow her to just go back to spewing her bullshit.

    She’s also now made herself useless as a witness as she can’t be trusted to be put on the stand.

  23. Wait a minute here. In her guilty plea she swore the facts in her allocution are true. Now she’s contradicting that publicly. IANAL but that sounds like a violation of her plea agreement.

  24. Her guilty plea was “extorted” in the sense that the DA said “I have a bunch of evidence, and you will go to jail if you don’t plead guilty.”
