  1. NYT defended his re-hiring by saying something along the lines of “he has high journalistic standards.” No wonder why they cite Hamas as their source when reporting Palestinian casualties.
    At this rate, I’m starting to trust the NY Post tabloid more than the NY times.

  15. After the NYT became a mouthpiece for Hamas, spreading their misinformation, I lost a good bit of respect for the NYT but now this Onion-worthy story and… I’m at a loss for words. What the fuck happened to mainstream media?

    However, it does seem that other sources corroborate this, and the dude’s batshit comments are still easily found, so it certainly looks like the gist of the story is real. I miss the old NYT.
