The gag order that forbade him from attacking Jack Smith, and potential witnesses, both of which he has gone after in this one post. Because of the timing, he’ll almost certainly get away with posting this with zero repercussions.
Hopefully this will at least count as a strike against him in Chutkan’s mind once the gag order is back in effect. He has gotten FAR too many worthless slaps on the wrist already. He needs to be put in a cell next time he attempts to interfere with the case.
