Pretty hard to dismiss a case where his team released texts from her thinking it would prove his innocence just to show that she did in fact say that it happened.
“The defense additionally filed a motion under seal requesting that certain evidentiary matter continue to be under seal, outside of public view. The defense argued that this evidence contains “sensitive information” that could jeopardize Majors’ right to a fair trial.”
His lawyers were fine with leaking all sorts of videos and whatnot to TMZ to portray his alleged victim as a liar though, funny that
