Sorry to ask but I have no idea how to spread awareness of it in Scotland.

I strongly believe all children should be protected from the harms of forced genital cutting, I don’t think reason like “parents beleifs” “parents aesthetic preference” etc are justification for carving parts off of girls genitalia so they aren’t suddenly justification for carving parts off boys.

Anyway, if Scotland could become the first country to ban this it’ll be another 1st in the world for Scotland and many countries in Europe are looking at banning it so they’d probably quickly follow suit (Denmark, Iceland, Finland, germany etc)

  2. Yeah I don’t think circumcision should be allowed without medical advice supporting the need, intersex children often have to go through unnecessary surgery as well to align them more to one sex or another

    I thought it was already banned but obviously that’s FGM. Should’ve been added to that legislation..

  6. My dad told me he was going to circumcise me but it wasn’t possible because I’m a complete prick.
