  1. Also does anyone know why the average cost of a house over the border is €100,000 less

  2. I swear the questions here are getting dumber and dumber

  3. Anyone know of any NI suppliers that will deliver to Cavan?

  4. The same could be said for a lot of things. I can’t think of anything that is cheaper in the south, to be honest.

  5. There is no one in Monaghan paying that much for heating oil🤣

  6. Oh no. The people of monaghan have to pay more than the people of Armagh. Whatever shall they do?

  7. Tax, and we’re richer in the south, the market value is higher

  8. You should try ordering oil in Donegal. Most national suppliers refuse to travel up this far so we’re stuck with a limited selection and it’s priced as such.

  9. Carbon tax most probably. Same with coal cheaper there than here.

  10. I can only repeat what I was told last year when I pointed out the insane energy costs.

It’s because we are an island
    :yesyes:

  11. But the real question is why is Meath Louth and Dublin 20 quid less?
