I know that books in Japanese typically use B6 featured in a lot of *’tankobon’* (単行本), as it’s easier to carry while traveling, and it also allocates more space when displaying them on bookshelves. Unlike English books, they’re always larger, for me they are kind of cumbersome as most don’t use B6, instead use A4, what size format are (hardcover) books commonly published in the Czech Republic? (I have a [side-by-side comparison](https://imgur.com/a/IZAc9ta) of how different the sizes are between JP-EN books.)

How different would it feel as opposed to a ‘standard’ Czech book due to it being smaller? Even if the font was slightly smaller (like size 10) just to compensate for the format of B6, would it still be readable?
