Mats Wieffer put in a good performance against Lazio yesterday. I don’t think he’s a realistic transfer in the upcoming window due to Feyenoord currently topping their UCL group but I think he’s a player to keep an eye on. He’s playing as a RCM but can play as a 6 according to one fan on Twitter. One fan said “Mats Wieffer normally wants to receive back to goal and turns to progress play. He’s their focal point in Feyenoord’s buildup, so he’s normally their deepest man in midfield.”
