  1. Does perjury apply in a civil case? Cause if so, he’s fucked.

  2. The email telling his supporters about this unfair gag fine will generate 10x the fine.

  3. Doubling every instance. This could get interesting very fast.

  4. I keep saying it, but the big 4 indictments haven’t even begun….he’s going to have a tough time when it’s prison at stake, not just his money, like here.

  5. Should be a side by side comparison of which sound bytes will be shown on CNN and FOX.

  6. Another fin that he’ll never pay. He’s going to tell his attorneys to pay it, and then he’ll grift off his cult and of course never reimburse the attorney for the 10K.

  7. This is a good example of how the court system is designed to protect and favor rich people like trump. A 10k fine to a billionaire means nothing.

  8. That’s a little bit better…(not the peepee fine – the taking the stand part) but I want to see at least one of those cuffs on the donald’s leg they put on criminals like him, if not a few nights in jail to cool his big mouth.

  9. Note: That the judge has said that violation of the gag order will result in harsher penalties.

    Give us another, D-money!

  10. I just heard on MSNBC from a reporter inside the court room that Donald abruptly stormed out of the court room, and his Secret Service agents had to run after him.

  11. Well it looks like he is pissing off the court so much its HIGHLY LIKELY he will go to jail. This was 2nd strike that happened to him 1 more and he is OUT! 🙂

  12. I did a quick calculation. This is the same as a middle class person being fined 28 cents

  13. What if the judge just orders king fuckwad is responsible for covering any security expenses necessitated by his aberrant toxic behavior ?

  14. Know there seems to be a reluctance to jail Trump for security reasons, but the Military should be able to come up with a solution at Leavenworth which allows the Secret Service to oversee his sentence in solitary, and keeps DJT away from civilian prisons

  15. I’m just glad to know that if I’m ever in a civil trial, I can do similar outrageous things and only be fined like 1/100,000 of my worth.

  16. So a fine of like one cent to you or I, based on percent of his net worth.

  17. >Under questioning from AG’s office, Cohen testified later Trump didn’t specifically tell him to inflate the numbers and said he was like a “mob boss” who tells you what he wants without directly telling you.

Same mob boss methods that he tried with Zelenskyy and Raffensperger.

  18. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.
Put a dunce cap on him and make him stand in the corner!

  19. The big question: what is the fine for the third offense?

$15k increases 5k for each violation
    $20k doubles for each violation
$100k just fuck this guy already

  20. Oh yeah now we’re taking ! Trump storming out of the court , what’s not to love !? Down in flames I say !

  21. I hope they got the money upfront because there’s no way this broke fool is going to pay them

  22. Lost in all of the chatter around this (and it’s definitely interesting on some levels) is the fact that I think is being missed … Trump likely had to, for the very first time in his life, sit in a jury box, *below* a judge and directly be questioned under oath.

Bet that didn’t feel good to him at all! Sure, he probably think he won the day given the measley $10,000 fine for his obvious trashing of the Judge’s clerk … but on some level, that sitting in the jury box and being sworn in and having the judge *look down on you* can’t have felt good.

  23. My friend was given jail time after attempting to explain to a judge that he was sitting in his car in his driveway to sit for a moment when a cop came onto his property to give him a DUI. DUI went away but he lost a lot because of it all.

  24. The best part is the judge saying he found Trump to be “not credible”.

  25. Not eye rolling every time this greasy, petulant wind bag speaks would take more self control than I possess

  26. Are the fines I creasing $5000 per, or doubling? I’d love them to be doubling, which would actually have a chance of making Trump feel the pain in his pocketbook.

  27. Better watch out. A couple more fines and he’ll need another loan from Russia to stay afloat.

  28. I really feel he should have been fined more than 5k for the first violation and more than 10k for this one. Even though he’s not worth nearly as much as he said he was, 10k still doesn’t mean anything to him

  29. When I do my crimes and violate my gag order, I will go to jail. But no, there are not two different justice systems, lol. Yeah right

  30. This was the best part of my day! Finally a little stronger response and making him testify. Wish we had video, I bet he sounded like a silly lil’ beeeotch lol!

  31. If the only punishment is fines there is no incentive for him to stop. He’ll raise $100k off this incident. The only thing he will understand is jail time.

  32. 20,40,80,160,320,640, 1.2 million- just keep doubling it and it will be real money pretty quick.
