  1. > Moments earlier, the Trump family’s attorney Clifford Robert had confronted Cohen with a transcript of his 2019 testimony that stated: “Did he ask me to inflate the numbers? Not that I recall, no.” Pressed on whether the earlier testimony was accurate, Cohen responded: “Correct.”

Is Cohen saying here that Trump *didn’t* ask him to conflate the numbers? Yet didn’t he just recently state that he *did* do it? I’m confused.

  2. You’re just gonna take that shit? You need to get online and let this judge and all of his employees have it. You’re looking pretty low energy if you don’t.

  3. Most people learn to face the consequences of their actions early in their lives. Trump is great at one thing and that is escaping consequences. From his recent reactions and his mumbling today, he is starting to see that his actions actually might have consequences.

  4. He can’t stand that he can’t bullshit and bully his way out of this and I love it

  5. Unbelievable… yes, for a man who has never faced consequences for his actions, it must seem unbelievable that his crimes will finally have consequences.

  6. I genuinely believe he is purely sustained by hate and rage at this point

  7. I’m not sure I’m following the judge’s logic on the consequences for Trump’s continued violations. $10,000 following an earlier $5,000? He wipes his ass with denominations that small. Stick him with a fine that stings, or put his ass behind bars.

If he’s gonna continue to test his boundaries like a toddler, put his ass in the god damned corner.

  8. Thankfully the case isn’t reliant on cohen’s testimony or credibility

  9. He has never in his life encountered a New York Judge that was not already in his pocket. He thinks he is being disrespected by someone that is supposed to be working for him.

  10. I am a bit confused. what is a directed verdict and why is he mad that it was denied?

  11. It IS unbelievable, that you can’t shut your damn mouth..ya idget….

  12. This shit is unreal.

His attorney is saying Michael Cohen is a disgrace felon, not credible, etc, etc, etc. Except, he picked up that felony while committing a crime at the behest of individual number 1, which we all know is Trump.

She introduced evidence that clearly states Trump’s guilt in the hush money case. The defense is killing me for not jumping on that, but then again, maybe they’re just letting Trump’s counsel make a mistake that helps the prosecution in that case at a later date.

  13. Trump really does have the brain of a child if he thought that should have ended the trial

  14. Missed in all of this is if you or I just got up and stomped out of court we’d be slapped with contempt SO BLOODY FAST!

  15. The continuous photos of the rage filled, petulant orange shitstain is sustaining me right now.

  16. The partisanship of the CLERK is totally irrelevant. The clerk is not making any legal determinations. And Trump has no idea of the partisanship of any person in that courtroom.

  17. He’s emotionally incapable of dealing with reality in any way beyond the capacity of a spoiled child

Edit: and a dumb child at that

  18. Trump cannot shut the hell up. There has to be a point of no return in regards to this judge.

  19. One small aspect goes their way, cohen admits trump never directly told him to inflate number, and they ask for the case to be thrown out. But cohen was never considered a major witness and he also clarified that trump indirectly told him.
