I’m trying to get some tickets for the FIFA CWC for Man City’s games.

According to this article it says more tickets will be issued in November and a resale platform will also be released. Any indication of when in November these tickets will release and when this platform will be out? I’m considering booking some flights early in case they balloon up but also dont want to risk not having tickets.
