It is important that we engage in lobbying for year-round daylight saving time, especially for those of us who experience so little daylight during the winter.

This responsibility cannot be left to EU countries further south where the primary goal is to avoid changing the clocks. For us, it means so much more when we have so few hours of daylight in the winter. Perhaps we can have fewer people struggling with autumn and winter depression if we get some light?

This cannot be decided by the EU alone for us! We need light in the afternoon!

  1. One hour won’t do as much in terms of depression prevention as it would feeding your people a decent amount of vit D, natural or pills

And I’m with you on this, DST seems dumb in today’s world

  2. You seem to think we get more daylight by changing the daylight saving time.
