9. I can understand where he’s coming from. I didn’t even know these stereotypes existed until I was a grown up. He probably didn’t think about it.

12. It will be remarkably stupid if he gets punished for this. If onana doesn’t care then who’s the victim supposed to be?

13. It’s clear there was no malice here. A fine or suspension would be ridiculous. I do think that Premier League clubs should do a little training with South American players when purchased to help them understand that certain things that are harmless in their home culture may be viewed as offensive here. Certainly not the first time something like this has happened.
