
I had bought a Bahn Card 25 via the app on 22nd Oct. I got an email confirmation and have also got the invoice of the card. However in the DB app as well as on the Bahn.de website when I login I see the Bahn card status as in progress without any BahnCard number.
My travel date is tomorrow and I have a ticket with the bahn card discount.Would this be an issue ? If so, what should I do now ? I emailed DB but cant seem to get a response from them

The last time I bought a BahnCard 25, I received an email with a “VORLÄUFIGE BAHNCARD 25” (temporary BahnCard 25) as a PDF file with an QR Code on it. You should check that out.
