Yeah because prosecutors clearly believe Majors is the abuser. Police had to make an arrest because he made an accusation, but everything so far indicates that authorities see her as a victim.
Doesn’t help that (according to court documents) Majors supported his accusation against his ex with eyewitness testimony that was forged and video evidence that doesn’t even exist.

Jesus Christ, she wasn’t “arrested.”
They issued an I-Card [or an investigatory card] to question her, which Majors’ attorney Priya Chaudhry requested after trying to file a countersuit that was immediately shot down. She and her team also used the I-Card to create “wanted posters” for her arrest; wanted posters that she tried to use as evidence. The victim turned herself into a precinct per the process; that’s all that happened.
His team basically concocted a false story out of a very normal process, then spun that story into counterfeit discovery. And that’s not even getting into the reveal via the Rolling Stone that they have been forging testimonies.
He didn’t do it! He stopped those teens from fighting!!
