Killer given two life sentences for ‘unspeakable’ murders. A 23-year-old man has been given two life sentences for murdering two men in Sligo last year. The court heard that Gardaí (police) believed Yousef Palani’s motivation was to carry out murder due to prejudice against homosexuality

Here in South America, Western Europe is portrayed as some sort of gay haven. A gay paradise where gays can be free without worrying about being themselves. If I could, I would have moved. However, I am seeing more and more hate crimes in places that were supposed to be a have for us. What’s happening?
Yea sounds like something yousef would do.
350,000 euro cash found in his apartment. Odd that
I’ll never understand people who migrate to western countries (with significantly more tolerance and freedom), and then proceed to perpetuate the sickening prejudice and oppression of the countries from which they/their families fled. It beggars belief.
If we can’t assure the assimilation/integration of the immigrants/asylees/refugees we already have, it is irresponsible to admit more. If your personal beliefs (whether religious, political or cultural) put you in direct conflict with the values of the country you’re fleeing to…sorry, but there’s no more room. 🙅🏻
Note: Palani was born in Iraq and his family was granted refugee status in Ireland.
This guy sounds like someone who is self loathing. Wild. Lock him up and throw away the key. These religious nuts are a stain on civilized society. I’m
American, straight and raised Catholic and can’t stand these religious extremists. In fact, I’m beginning to loathe any organized religion. People get brainwashed by it. Just let people be. Not that hard to do.
Totally unpredictable. In the Middle East homosexuality is celebrated.
It won’t give details but all of Ireland know what he did. He went on a gay dating site met with two men. He tied them up, tortured them a number of ways including their rectum. He then beheaded them when he was done. He also stabbed a third man in the eye. Here’s the victim speaking out. https://www.reddit.com/r/ireland/s/dWLExLcOLs . The whole thing is odd, some say he was a self loathing gay, but he also left knifes in a shape of a cross and asked the victims if they were “100% Irish”. He also had over 300k in cash at his house. No one knows where that came from. Especially when they were a refugee family living in social housing. His father hasn’t been seen since the attacks. People have said his fleeing is in relation to the money found.
90s come back. Nobody wanted this.
>He told arresting officers: “I can get angry very quick”
Par for the course with people like him. Let him rot.
Why is the EU and the West in general so incredibly naïve when it comes to migration?
>Mr Palani denied being in Anthony Burke’s house despite his semen from a previous consensual sexual encounter being found on a blanket there as well as evidence from seized phones that linked him to the victims.
>
>He told arresting officers: “I can get angry very quick” and denied he was gay, claiming homosexuality was “a sin, you wont find many Muslims gay and religious”.
He added: “I want to tell you at this time I was mentally ill, I heard voices, they told me to do it.
“My mum told me to visit the doctor,” he told Gardaí , adding there was “no specific reason” he killed the two men.
He said “Because of my religion I don’t hate gay people, it’s because of the voices.”
what…? what did his mother expect the Irish doctor to do about his homosexual tendencies?
“Killer” makes it sound like he just murdered those men. He lured them in grinder and beheaded them. The BBC once again showing their true allegiance
We get what we tolerate.
Despicable. Homophobia is execrable and must not be tolerated. Glad he will serve 2 life sentences.
