I’d love to know how many of the hospital cases are where patients caught Covid in hospital.
ICU looking stable.
The real problem (that has always been the problem) is the hospitals ability to deal with influx of patients.
The example of a 3rd world healthcare system in a 1st world country.
I have never felt so grateful and sorry for a work force as I have for our health care workers. These people are amazing and that word itself doesn’t do them justice
But the most important thing here is, what did the Facebook message say???
As a ratio of positive cases to hospital admissions it does seem alot less are needing hospital treatment. So this is more than likely down to the high vaccination uptake.
Cautiously optimistic over the ICU numbers being stable so far. We peaked around 200 in ICU didn’t we?

77-30=47. That’s nowhere near “almost 100”
