1. Couldn’t quickly determine if these were Fuel or Oil tanks. Other tanks appear to be damaged. Unclear the extent of the damage. About 1,500 km north east of Moscow.

   These tanks were not being used anyway.

   This was a successful demolition so we can gloriously expand our facilities.

   There will be no interruptions to services. The interruptions presently being experienced were planned upgrades to our system.
