If you want Scotland to do a total 180 on its attitude to migration (which is already more similar to England than some may like), then this is how you do it. Govanhill is just a microcosm of many things happening all over England on a daily basis.
I would also ask why the boat passengers and lorry cargo arriving illegally in England aren’t too fussed about Scotland and make no effort to get there.
