Woke up today because it is so cold at home, heaters not working and no hot water. Do you know what is the meaning of this red flashing thing that shows E25 on gas boilers and what to do? I tried pressing the off button but it doesn’t turn off. Thank you so much.

I’d start by reading the manual’s troubleshooting page.
It’s an error code of some sort. The instruction manual should have a list of error codes explaining what they mean and (hopefully) what you should do about it. If you can’t fix it you’ll need to call your landlord or, if you’re the homeowner, the heating contractor whose contact details are probably on a sticker fixed to the boiler somewhere.
Water level? But just type the info you have in google and you may be enlightened
E25 means defect sensor. shoud be a easy fix.
Press and hold “R-Button” (Reset) and wait for reboot. Sometimes fixes it
According to my google search your Heizwasserumlauf is too gering. Call a Fachmann.
