Military assistance to Ukraine from Western countries has led to an increase in the revenue of defense contractors. This is due to the fact that the governments of the United States and Europe replenish their weapons after its transfer to Kyiv to protect against Russian invaders.

  1. y it matter, american defence companies rip off American government. imigine how strong america would be if it wasnt being extorted by about 70% of the cost to buy shit. america is extorted and were still da best. to disagree is hate and ull be banned. jk

  2. Why is this even news? Isn’t it obvious that if you use your stock of a product – any product including arms – that you need to buy new to replace?

  3. ….feel free to tell that to your republican senator….

  4. You’d think the weapons industry lobbyists would have had more than a few ‘quiet chats’ with their Republican contacts in Congress and the Senate, about perhaps funding their reelection, that there wouldn’t be any question of supporting Ukraine.

  5. Yup, we trade y’all weapons and ammo for dead russians and dividends.

    Good deal!

  6. This is retarded lol. Most Americans think military contractors and defense providers rob tax players already.

  7. Replace with newer upgraded weapons, and save millions in disposal costs for the obsolete weapons. There fixed it.

  8. I’m not sure that’s really a positive thing from the perspective of many Americans. We tend to have a negative association with defense contractors from the Iraq war

  9. 1. Duh
    2. The munitions sent would end up having to be destroyed, which costs more money than donating them!

Honestly, the companies getting paid to safely destroy old munitions must be rather upset.

Going to be years before any old stock is left.
