Who has priority at this junction?

Looking for some advice as I’m new to driving in Norway. I’ve not found anything online to describe this scenario.

I was in a situation this morning at this junction where the priority road was clear, but the red and blue car both just sit there, waiting for the other one to go.

I (blue car) waited patiently for the red car to go, assuming that they have priority since I’m crossing two lanes of traffic and they’re only crossing one (that’s how it is back home). They were visibly angry that I didn’t move, and eventually started honking, so I went. This isn’t the first time something similar has happened here, so now I’m thinking, who has right of way?
