We were watching Captain Morten and the Spider Queen (myself and the youngest loved it, the wife and oldest not so much), and one of the plot points is a record player turning characters into donuts.
We love watching Eesti Laul, and were trying to find a recipe for the donuts to eat while watching the upcoming semi finals, but didn’t have any luck.
Does anyone know what kind of donuts they were? We saw a few recipes for quark donuts that looked somewhere similar, but the ones in the film looked more like what we locally (Maryland, a sister state of Estonia) just call Chinese donuts ( https://handletheheat.com/homemade-chinese-doughnuts/ )
Thanks

I have no idea what you mean but the ones on photo and link are called “moosipall/moosipallid” – literally jam balls.
These are kohupiimapall/kohupiimapontšik (curdball).
