There is a (new) installation on the bastion that is on top of the Marina di Valletta. Three (I think) giant “lollipops” (or perhaps they are similar to the shape of older radars). I tried reaching them from the Sa Maison garden, but they are in the next “bastion”.

Does anyone know if they can be reached/visited?
