Having reindeer filet today….I am concerned by partner picked up something else.

  1. That’s tenderloin of reindeer, one if not the best cut of meat in the land. Sear it on high heat and cook till medium minus or rare, if you overcook it it’s awful so keep an eye on it

  2. It’s a schlong time since I ate some reindeer.

    Be careful, don’t prick yourself with the shaft of a knife when opening.

    Make sure you cock it properly, if you don’t you’ll just get wood.
