My roof ceiling height is too much , none of the table in my house help me putting these hooks, has any one found simpler way to put these hooks, i need to change my curtains .. any hack would be helpful. Its painful even if i think of bringing it down

Why did you buy curtains that go through a rod if you have those snappy things?
