  1. Thank you Milan government. Nothing good happens after midnight, go home, relax and go to bed!

  2. The fuck is up with people moving to city centers and then complaining about the city being a city?!

  3. It’s like they think cities should be run for the benefit of the people who live in them or something!

  4. Next up: airport bans airplanes to reduce noise pollution

  5. This exact thing is happening in the Czech Republic.

Our cities are dead because of night hours based on complaints of the people living in the city centre. You can’t get a beer and sit outside during a warm summer night, sit on a terrace in the beautiful city centres after 22:00.

    It’s completely fucked.

  6. What the fuck is going on with people? Moving to the city centre and then crying about noise?

  7. I don’t know Milan but in my street in a French city a bar opened and became popular, then a club opened next to it, thriving thanks to overtourism the entire street became full of bars, clubs, kebabs and other fast food shops. In the span of three years it went from an enjoyable street to a place where people were being stabbed, girls harassed and tourists scammed on a regular basis. Every morning you’d have to avoid stepping in vomit puddles. Thank god I now live in a way quieter area but I had to leave my neighborhood.

So to the people who wonder if the people complaining are just grumpy retirees, I wish you could experience your birthplace being ruined by drunk tourists and being unable to have a full night’s rest.

  8. This is stupid. Businesses should not have limited opening hours.
