Ruined my day this, had them booked in to get my windows replaced next week and paid the deposit in cash which is now money pissed down the drain. Completely messed up all plans I had for work on the house in the next few months.

Yeah, they sold mostly to dumb fucks too stupid to shop around, then did a piss poor job of installs. Not a good long term business strategy, but oddly a common one in the double glazing industry.
