Would they realistically have the votes to impeach Thomas? He can’t be charged with a crime and can otherwise resist any investigation. If they don’t vote to impeach/convict, republicans are basically condoning bribery/corruption
More than any other institution, the supreme court should be held to the highest ethical standards in our nation. If a justice has trouble living up to those standards, they should be ejected immediately. They wield too much power to be allowed to disgrace the court while potentially doing irreparable harm to our country.
GOP voters won’t care. They genuinely believe everyone is corrupt, they’re just the smart ones who are savvy to it.

Oh my. And what happens if Thomas’ three pals don’t comply, since any contempt referrals go to the DOJ and potentially up through the courts? This could get very interesting/awkward.
